Design for a private house in a master plan by MVRDV on a former industrial site in the centre of Leiden.K01IV21 is a project that allows for both, an all-round panoramic view over the city of Leiden from the bel étage and a total seclusion on the ground floor.Provided with a generous roof terrace the total floor space can be increased by 30% during summertime, making the villa a stunning piece of architecture in a dense urban surrounding.
