The ensemble is situated right next to a beautiful park . The sculptural formation is a careful transition between the residential area and the park. The architectural shapes of the new buildings are creating different courts and yards, integrating gently the vegetation of the park and also an existing building. Using the topography and a specific way of arranging the volumes towards each other, the different dwellings have astonishing views without interfering each others privacy.
